# Card issuing

> Issue cards your users spend from a stablecoin balance.

Card issuing is the outgoing direction taken one step further than a
[off-ramp](/products/ramps/off-ramp): instead of pushing money to a card a user
already holds, the user is issued a card of their own and spends directly from a
stablecoin balance.
